The people delegate it's powers to the President and Congress.
The people have the Authority to withdraw-change-amend the delegated powers which they have delegated.
President Obama has used Presidential Executive "ORDER" powers to punish the American people.This is treason. This is an Impeachable offense.
Two things must happen.
1-The people need to demand that Congress change the law of this delegated power as follows.(Presidential Executive Orders Power may only be enacted in a State of War)
2-The people must demand that Congress Impeach President Obama for "Abuse of Power-Fraud Waste and Abuse-Dereliction of Duty-Circumventing Congress-Lian to the American people-Cover up Benghazi Embassy causes of death incident-and mush more.
